Drive the strategic alignment of HR initiatives with business goals, placing people at the heart of transformation journeys.

Lead efforts in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, leveraging proprietary EY tools and frameworks.

Develop and implement innovative change management and learning strategies to facilitate the adoption of new ways of working, including Agile and Design Thinking.

Strengthen client leadership and cultural programs to foster efficiency and innovation.

Reimagine and digitize HR functions, including HR service delivery, cloud technology, and employee reward systems.

A minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources or a related consulting field is required.
