As a Project Consultant within People Consulting, you will be instrumental in helping clients strategically align their people agenda with overarching business objectives. By placing a human-centric approach at the core of transformation journeys, you'll assist organizations in driving sustainable change through their workforce. This role involves reimagining the future workforce, ensuring clients have the right talent, with the necessary skills, in appropriate roles, and at an optimal cost, transforming their people strategy into a competitive advantage.

Key areas of focus include:

- Driving Organization and Workforce Transformation through an integrated approach, aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models using capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce planning. - Enhancing Change Experience and Learning by defining new workforce experiences, including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration) and accelerating adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking. - Shaping Purpose, Culture, and Leadership by aligning programs with client business strategy, adapting to evolving customer needs, and building modern leadership capabilities. - Optimizing HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards by reimagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies.

The ideal candidate will possess:
