Specifically, the CNS - PC - WORKFORCE ADVISORY team focuses on strategically aligning people agendas with business objectives, placing the human element at the core of transformation journeys to drive sustainable change through workforce power.

Your role will involve contributing to Organization and Workforce Transformation by applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. You'll also be involved in enhancing Change Experience and Learning, defining new workforce experiences, and facilitating accelerated adoption through digital change insights and learning platforms.

Furthermore, you will help align Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs with client business strategies and operating models. This includes adapting to evolving customer needs and building modern leadership and talent capabilities to foster efficiency and innovation. You will also play a part in HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards, digitizing the HR function and transforming employee policies and rewards.

We are seeking individuals with 5-6 years of experience in HUMAN RESOURCES. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
