This role is for a Project Consultant within the National PAS WKFA CNS PC Workforce Advisory team in Bangalore. National teams operate across various industries, providing a well-rounded experience.

Within People Consulting, you will help clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals. By focusing on the human element in transformation, you'll assist organizations in driving sustainable change through their workforce. Our approach helps clients reimagine their future workforce, ensuring they have the right talent with the right skills at the optimal cost, transforming their people strategy into a competitive advantage.

As a Project Consultant, you will engage in various aspects of workforce advisory, including:

- Developing integrated approaches for organization and workforce transformation, applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. - Leveraging proprietary tools such as the EY Organization & Talent Hub. - Designing new workforce experiences, incorporating new ways of working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital) and driving adoption through digitally-enabled change initiatives. - Tracking adoption via Change Insights and facilitating digital learning through platforms like EY Noggin Labs. - Aligning purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies to build modern leadership and talent capabilities. - Reimagining and digitizing HR functions, including HR strategy, service delivery models, and HR cloud technology.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

- A background in Human Resources. - Between 4 to 8 years of relevant experience. - The ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. - A practical, problem-solving approach, delivering insightful and actionable solutions. - Adaptability, creativity, and a positive, energetic mindset. Curiosity and mindfulness are also highly valued.
