This role is part of the National Workforce Advisory team, contributing to sector-agnostic projects across various industries. You will play a key role in enabling organizations to strategically align their people agenda with overarching business objectives, placing Human Capital at the forefront of transformation initiatives.

Drive sustainable change by strategically aligning clients' people strategies with their business goals, leveraging the power of their workforce. Help organizations reimagine their future workforce, ensuring they possess the right talent, essential skills, and optimal roles at the appropriate cost.

Engage in critical areas such as Organization and Workforce Transformation, employing capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce analytics. Facilitate Change Experience & Learning initiatives, defining new workforce experiences and accelerating adoption through digital tools. Focus on Purpose, Culture, and Leadership development to align programs with business strategy and drive innovation. Additionally, contribute to HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards, by digitizing the HR function and optimizing employee policies.

A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field is required.
