Within People Consulting, you will help clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals, driving sustainable change by placing 'Humans@Center' of transformation journeys. This involves reimagining the future workforce to ensure the right talent, skills, and roles are in place, transforming people strategy into a competitive advantage.

Key areas of focus include: - Organization and Workforce Transformation: Applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce analytics to align business and workforce strategies. - Change Experience & Learning: Defining new workforce experiences, including Agile and Design Thinking, and accelerating adoption through digital change management platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy to drive efficiency and innovation. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, and cloud technology, alongside transforming employee policies and rewards.

To be successful in this role, you will need: - 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. - A practical, problem-solving approach to deliver insightful and actionable solutions. - The ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. - Demonstrable qualities of being agile, curious, mindful, adaptable, and creative, with sustained positive energy.
