This role is for a Project Consultant within the National PAS WKFA CNS PC WORKFORCE ADVISORY team in Bangalore. The National division focuses on sector-agnostic teams working across diverse industries, offering a well-rounded experience. Our People Consulting professionals strategically align clients' people agendas with their business goals, placing 'Humans@Center' of transformation journeys to drive sustainable change through workforce power. Key areas of focus include:

- **Organization and Workforce Transformation:** Aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models using capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning & analytics, and talent strategy. Leverage proprietary tools such as the EY Organization & Talent Hub.

- **Change Experience & Learning:** Defining the new Workforce Experience, including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration). Drive accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled Change Experience tracked via Change Insights and Digital Learning via the EY Noggin Labs platform.

- **Purpose, Culture and Leadership:** Aligning leadership and cultural programs with clients’ business strategy, purpose, and operating models. Adapt to evolving customer needs and build modern leadership and talent capabilities to foster efficiency and innovation.

- **HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards:** Reimagining and digitizing the HR function, encompassing HR strategy, HR service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

- **Qualification:** A background in HUMAN RESOURCES.

- **Experience:** 5-6 years of relevant professional experience.
