This role is part of the National PAS WKFA CNS PC Workforce Advisory team, focusing on aligning people strategies with business objectives. As a Project Consultant, you will contribute to:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organization design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy using proprietary tools. - Change Experience & Learning: Defining new workforce experiences, including Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, problem-solving, and collaboration, and facilitating adoption through digitally-enabled change insights and learning platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy, adapting to evolving customer needs, and developing modern leadership and talent capabilities. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Re-imagining and digitizing HR functions, including HR strategy, service delivery, cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field. - The ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. - A practical, problem-solving approach to deliver insightful and actionable solutions. - Key attributes include being agile, curious, mindful, adaptable, creative, and maintaining positive energy.
