This Project Consultant role is within our National Workforce Advisory team, a sector-agnostic group that collaborates across industries. As a Project Consultant in Workforce Advisory, you will drive organizational and workforce transformation by aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. This involves applying capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, utilizing proprietary EY tools. You will also enhance the employee experience through new ways of working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital) and ensure accelerated adoption via digitally-enabled change management and learning platforms.

Furthermore, you will align purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies and operating models, adapting to evolving customer needs. Building modern leadership and talent capabilities to boost efficiency and innovation will be key. You will also be instrumental in re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards to meet business and individual objectives.

We are seeking individuals with 5 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly within workforce advisory or related consulting fields. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering strictly to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, insightful, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving is essential.
