This Project Consultant role is part of our National Workforce Advisory team, a sector-agnostic group offering diverse industry experiences. Within People Consulting, we help organizations strategically align their people agenda with business goals. Our 'Humans@Center' approach drives sustainable change by empowering the workforce, enabling clients to reimagine their future talent needs, ensuring the right skills are in the right roles at the optimal cost, and transforming their people strategy into a competitive advantage.

Key areas of focus include Organization and Workforce Transformation, integrating business and workforce strategies with operating models using capabilities like scenario modeling, org design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy via the EY Organization & Talent Hub.

We also focus on Change Experience & Learning, defining new workforce experiences such as Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, and Collaboration, driving adoption through digitally-enabled Change Insights and Digital Learning via EY Noggin Labs.

Furthermore, we align Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs with clients' business strategies, adapting to evolving customer needs and building modern leadership and talent capabilities for efficiency and innovation.

HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards involves reimagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

We are seeking individuals with the ability to collaborate across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, delivering insightful and actionable solutions.

Ideal candidates possess agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and sustained positive energy, coupled with adaptability and creativity in their approach. A background in Human Resources with 5-6 years of experience is required.
