Key areas of focus include: - Organization and Workforce Transformation: Utilizing scenario modeling, org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy within our proprietary EY Organization & Talent Hub. - Change Experience & Learning: Crafting new workforce experiences with Agile, Design Thinking, and digital collaboration, tracked via Change Insights and EY Noggin Labs. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy and operating models. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery, cloud technology, and optimizing employee policies and rewards.
