EY is seeking a Project Consultant specializing in Workforce Advisory to join our national team. This role is integral to our People Consulting practice, where we help clients strategically align their people agenda with business goals. Our Workforce Advisory team focuses on key areas including Organization and Workforce Transformation, Change Experience & Learning, Purpose, Culture and Leadership, and HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards. We leverage proprietary tools and innovative methodologies to help clients reimagine their future workforce, ensuring they have the right talent, skills, and roles at the optimal cost.

As a Project Consultant, you will contribute to client engagements by applying expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insightful and practical solutions to complex client challenges. The role involves supporting the development and implementation of change management initiatives and HR transformation strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering positive employee experiences.

You will be instrumental in driving new ways of working, including Agile and Digital Transformation. This includes working with clients on defining new workforce experiences and ensuring accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking and learning platforms. Your work will help shape client leadership and cultural programs to drive efficiency and innovation.

We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field, with a strong focus on workforce advisory services. A practical and agile approach to problem-solving is essential, alongside the ability to deliver insightful and actionable solutions.
