Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation by aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. Apply capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, analytics, and talent strategy, utilizing proprietary EY tools.

Drive Change Experience and Learning initiatives, defining new workforce experiences, including agile methodologies, design thinking, digital integration, and problem-solving. Facilitate accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking and digital learning platforms.

Align Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs with clients’ business strategy, purpose, and operating models. Adapt to evolving customer needs and build modern leadership and talent capabilities to enhance efficiency and foster innovation.

Lead HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards initiatives, including reimagining and digitizing the HR function. This encompasses HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

We are seeking individuals with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will possess a practical, collaborative approach to solving complex issues and delivering insightful solutions across multiple client departments.
