This role is for a Project Consultant within the National People Advisory Services (PAS) Workforce Advisory team, based in Bangalore. The National team operates across various industries, offering diverse experiences. This role focuses on delivering technical excellence within the workforce advisory domain. Specific responsibilities involve collaborating with clients across multiple departments to provide solutions while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. You will be expected to adopt a practical approach to solving complex issues and deliver insightful, actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities include: - Driving organization and workforce transformation initiatives. - Designing and implementing change management and learning strategies. - Aligning purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies. - Reimagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy and technology.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Human Resources background with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
