This role is within the National People Consulting team, focusing on Workforce Advisory. We help organizations strategically align their people agenda with business goals, putting Humans@Center of transformation to drive sustainable change. As a Project Consultant, you will leverage strong functional and consulting skills across people-focused domains. This includes demonstrating a sound understanding of Human Resources and Talent Management, such as organization design, workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, and compensation strategies. You will support end-to-end consulting projects, from data collection and diagnostics to presentation of insights. Proficiency in analytical tools, MS PowerPoint, and Excel is essential for crafting compelling narratives and performing detailed analysis. Exposure to HR technologies is a plus, and adherence to consulting quality standards is expected.

We are seeking candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience in People Consulting, HR Advisory, or internal HR Centers of Excellence. Prior experience in a consulting firm or professional services organization is highly advantageous. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields is required, with a preference for postgraduate qualifications like an MBA or Master's in Human Capital or Organizational Psychology. Essential skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management. A client-focused mindset, high learning agility, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are crucial.
