This role is part of the National People Consulting team, which collaborates across industries to provide comprehensive client solutions. Drive impactful change initiatives for clients by strategically aligning their people agenda with business objectives. Reimagine future workforces, ensuring the right talent with the right skills is in the right roles at the optimal cost. Develop and implement effective workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational design solutions. Lead change management efforts, fostering new ways of working and accelerating adoption through innovative learning platforms.

A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field is required.
