You will be instrumental in driving Organization and Workforce Transformation by applying capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning & analytics, and talent strategy, leveraging proprietary EY tools. Additionally, you will contribute to the Change Experience & Learning domain, assisting clients in defining new workforce experiences, including Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, Digital strategies, and problem-solving techniques. Your role will involve accelerating adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking and facilitating digital learning via the EY Noggin Labs platform. Furthermore, you will play a part in aligning Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs with clients' business strategies, adapting to evolving customer needs and building modern leadership and talent capabilities to foster efficiency and innovation. You will also contribute to HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards initiatives, supporting the digitization of the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and the transformation of employee policies and rewards.
