As a Project Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our clients' journey to optimize their workforce. This involves engaging in organizational and workforce transformation initiatives, including scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce planning. You will also contribute to shaping the change experience and learning strategies, ensuring accelerated adoption of new ways of working.

Further responsibilities include aligning purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies. You will also be involved in reimagining and digitizing the HR function, encompassing HR strategy, service delivery models, and HR technology solutions, as well as transforming employee policies and rewards.
