The People Consulting professionals at EY empower clients by strategically aligning their people strategies with overarching business objectives. We assist clients in envisioning their future workforce, ensuring they possess the right talent with the requisite skills in appropriate roles and at optimal costs, thereby transforming their people strategy into a distinct competitive advantage.

Engage in organizational and workforce transformation initiatives, integrating business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. This involves applying capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, utilizing proprietary EY tools.

Drive change experience and learning programs, defining new workforce experiences including Agile, Design Thinking, and digital collaboration methods. Facilitate accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking and digital learning platforms.

Align purpose, culture, and leadership programs with clients’ business strategies, adapting to evolving customer needs and building modern leadership and talent capabilities to foster efficiency and innovation.

Spearhead HR transformation, systems, and rewards initiatives, including HR strategy, service delivery models, and HR cloud technology. Revamp employee policies and reward structures to align with business and individual objectives.

We seek individuals with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources or related consulting fields.

Candidates should possess a practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions. The ideal candidate is agile, curious, mindful, and maintains positive energy, demonstrating adaptability and creativity.
