You will be instrumental in designing and implementing organizational and workforce transformation initiatives, utilizing capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, supported by our EY Organization & Talent Hub.

Your role will involve enhancing change experience and learning by defining new workforce experiences, including Agile, Design Thinking, and Digital ways of working. You will facilitate accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking and digital learning platforms like EY Noggin Labs.

Furthermore, you will contribute to aligning purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies and operating models, adapting to evolving customer needs and building modern leadership capabilities for efficiency and innovation. You will also re-imagine and digitize the HR function, encompassing HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

We are seeking individuals with 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, delivering insightful and actionable solutions.
