This role is within the National People Consulting (PC) team, focusing on strategically aligning people initiatives with business objectives. We help organizations drive sustainable change by placing people at the center of their transformation journeys.

As a Project Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to advise clients on transforming their organizations and workforces. This includes aligning business and workforce strategies, designing organizational structures, and implementing talent strategies.

You will also contribute to enhancing the employee experience, implementing new ways of working, and facilitating accelerated adoption of change. Additionally, you'll work on aligning purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies, and transforming HR functions through technology and policy.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience as an R2R Analyst.

Strong experience in Financial Analysis (3+ years) is essential. We are looking for individuals who can collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
