You will be responsible for delivering technical excellence in consulting engagements, demonstrating a strong understanding of project delivery and client-facing execution. Your role involves analyzing business requirements and translating them into structured, actionable project approaches. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, support end-to-end project management, and maintain project documentation, status tracking, and deliverables.

Additionally, you will leverage consulting frameworks and analytical methods for problem-solving and decision-making. This includes applying capabilities in organization and workforce transformation, change experience and learning, purpose, culture, leadership, and HR transformation, systems, and rewards.

To excel in this role, you need proven experience in consulting engagements with a robust understanding of project delivery and client-facing execution. A strong ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans is essential.

We are looking for individuals with hands-on experience in coordinating multiple workstreams and supporting comprehensive project management activities. Proficiency in preparing, validating, and maintaining project documentation, tracking status, and ensuring timely deliverables is key. Demonstrated capability in using consulting frameworks and analytical methods for problem-solving is required.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations.
