As a Project Consultant within our National PAS WKFA - CNS-PC-Talent team, you will contribute to core areas of People Consulting. This includes guiding clients through Organization and Workforce Transformation, leveraging capabilities like scenario modeling and talent strategy. You will also be instrumental in shaping Change Experience & Learning initiatives, defining new work methodologies and ensuring accelerated adoption through digital tools. Furthermore, you'll assist in aligning Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs with business strategies and help in HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards by re-imagining and digitizing HR functions.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical is required. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3+ years in Backend Development, 2+ years in Frontend Development, and 4+ years in Full Stack Development. The ideal candidate possesses a collaborative spirit, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to deliver insightful, actionable solutions.
