This role is part of the National PAS WKFA team within EY's People Consulting practice. Our People Consulting professionals empower clients by strategically aligning their people strategies with overarching business objectives. As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving organizational and workforce transformation initiatives. This involves an integrated approach to align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. You will leverage capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, utilizing proprietary EY tools like the EY Organization & Talent Hub.

Furthermore, you will contribute to Change Experience & Learning by helping clients define new workforce experiences, including agile methodologies, design thinking, and digital collaboration. You will facilitate accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change tracking and digital learning platforms like EY Noggin Labs. Your role will also involve aligning purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies, adapting to evolving customer needs, and building modern leadership and talent capabilities to foster efficiency and innovation.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree is required. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
