Leverage your 10-12 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services to drive technical excellence. You will apply a strong understanding of the end-to-end HR lifecycle, with at least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow and Workday. Responsibilities include managing HR Helpdesk tickets/queries for at least 5 years, and demonstrating proven experience in managing large-scale induction and onboarding programs. The role requires the ability to manage multiple onboarding streams simultaneously, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

To excel in this role, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required. We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 4+ years of experience in HR Operations. Candidates should possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience in a client-facing or consulting environment is highly preferred.
