Engage in Organization and Workforce Transformation by aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models, utilizing capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.

Contribute to Change Experience & Learning initiatives, helping clients define new workforce experiences including Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, Digital Transformation, Problem Solving, and Collaboration.

Assist in Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs, aligning initiatives with business strategy, purpose, and operating models to build modern leadership and talent capabilities.

Support HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects, focusing on digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, service delivery models, and HR technology.

A Bachelor of Business Administration degree is required.

Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.

Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

Exhibit a practical approach to problem-solving with the capacity to deliver insightful and actionable solutions.
