As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving client success across key areas.

This includes: - Developing integrated approaches for organization and workforce transformation, leveraging capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. - Crafting exceptional change experiences and accelerating adoption through new ways of working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital) and digitally-enabled learning platforms. - Aligning purpose, culture, and leadership programs with client business strategies to foster innovation and efficiency. - Re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, encompassing HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and employee policies and rewards.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
