This Project Consultant role is part of our National People Consulting team in Bangalore. We focus on strategically aligning clients' people agendas with their business goals, placing Humans at the Center of transformation to drive sustainable change. Our approach empowers organizations to reimagine their future workforce, ensuring they have the right talent, skills, and cost structure to gain a competitive advantage.

As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving organizational and workforce transformation. This includes aligning business and workforce strategies with operating models using capabilities like scenario modeling and org design.

You will also contribute to enhancing the Change Experience and Learning, helping clients define new workforce experiences and accelerate adoption through digital tools. Furthermore, you will play a role in aligning purpose, culture, and leadership programs with business strategies, and in transforming HR functions, including HR strategy, service delivery, technology, and rewards.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations is required.
