As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving key initiatives within Organization and Workforce Transformation. This involves aligning business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models, utilizing capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce planning.

You will also contribute to Change Experience & Learning, helping clients define new workforce experiences, including agile methodologies and digital problem-solving. Furthermore, your role will involve shaping Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs to align with client business strategies and building modern leadership capabilities. You will also be involved in HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards, re-imagining and digitizing HR functions.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations.
