As a Project Consultant, you will contribute to key fields of play within People Consulting. This includes Organization and Workforce Transformation, leveraging capabilities like scenario modeling and workforce planning. You will also be involved in Change Experience & Learning, defining new ways of working and driving adoption through digital tools. Additionally, you will support Purpose, Culture and Leadership initiatives, aligning programs with business strategy, and HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards, digitizing the HR function and transforming employee policies.

To be successful in this role, you need a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR Operations.
