Key responsibilities include managing HR Operations and Shared Services with 10-12 years of experience.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the end-to-end HR lifecycle, including at least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow and Workday. You will also need at least 5 years of experience in ticket/query management for HR Helpdesks.

Proven experience in managing large-scale induction and onboarding programs is essential, along with the ability to handle multiple onboarding streams concurrently. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are vital for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess 10-12 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.

A strong grasp of the complete HR lifecycle, including at least 5 years of dedicated experience with ServiceNow and Workday, is mandatory. Furthermore, a minimum of 5 years working with HR Helpdesk ticket/query management is required.

We are seeking individuals with proven experience in managing large-scale induction and onboarding programs and the capability to manage multiple onboarding streams simultaneously. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, coupled with strong organizational and multitasking skills, are essential. Experience in a client-facing or consulting capacity is highly preferred.
