This Project Consultant role is part of the National PAS WKFA team within EY's People Consulting practice. The People Consulting team helps clients strategically align their people agenda with business objectives, placing people at the center of transformation journeys to drive sustainable change.

As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving client success across various domains within People Consulting. This includes contributing to Organization and Workforce Transformation initiatives, leveraging capabilities like scenario modeling and org design. You will also play a part in enhancing Change Experience & Learning by defining new workforce experiences and facilitating accelerated adoption. Furthermore, you'll contribute to aligning Purpose, Culture and Leadership programs with business strategy, and support HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards initiatives by reimagining and digitizing the HR function.

To excel in this role, a Bachelor of Business Administration is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis. We seek individuals with a practical, collaborative approach to problem-solving, capable of delivering insightful and practical solutions. Ideal candidates are agile, curious, mindful, adaptable, and creative, possessing the ability to sustain positive energy. You should be comfortable working across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
