This role is within our National team, a sector-agnostic group offering diverse industry experiences. Specifically, you'll be part of the People Consulting practice, which focuses on aligning clients' people strategies with their business objectives. As an experienced HR Operations professional, you will manage end-to-end operations, demonstrating deep expertise in Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes. Your responsibilities will include leading teams, contributing to process transformation initiatives, and driving technology-enabled improvements in a client-facing environment. You will leverage hands-on experience with HRIS and case management platforms, alongside a strong delivery and ownership mindset, to enhance reporting and dashboards. This role requires significant exposure to global service delivery and client/stakeholder engagement.

We are seeking a candidate with 5-8 years of experience in HR Operations, including a minimum of 2 years in Data Analysis, Business Presentation, and Team Management. A Bachelor's degree is required. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in managing global service delivery and client interactions.
