Your key responsibilities will focus on delivering technical excellence as a Consultant. This role involves contributing to various fields of play within People Consulting, including:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Aligning business and workforce strategies with operating models using capabilities like scenario modeling, org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. - Change Experience & Learning: Defining new workforce experiences, including New Ways of Working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital) and accelerating adoption through digitally-enabled change insights and digital learning. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy, purpose, and operating models, while building modern leadership and talent capabilities. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Digitizing the HR function, encompassing HR strategy, service delivery, cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

To qualify for this role, you must possess a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
