Key responsibilities include converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, ensuring end-to-end delivery of finance processes, and monitoring performance through KPIs. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring adherence to policies, accounting standards, and control frameworks. Responsibilities also encompass driving simplification, standardization, and automation for operational excellence. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, act as a change leader during transformations, and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

We seek individuals with 2-5 years of experience in Accounting or related fields. A Graduation/Post Graduation in Accounting or a related discipline is required.
