The Business Consulting team specializes in reimagining business models, driving growth, managing costs, and resolving operational issues, with expertise in areas like Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain & Operations.

As a Project Consultant in Business Consulting, you will be instrumental in driving technical excellence and ensuring seamless service delivery. Your role will involve converting business priorities into actionable operating plans, managing end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, and monitoring performance through key metrics.

You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring adherence to controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks. A key aspect of this role is driving transformation and operational excellence through simplification, standardization, and automation.

Furthermore, you will manage stakeholder relationships, act as a change leader during transformations, and foster a high-performing, inclusive team environment. This includes planning staffing, developing talent, and creating a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Finance or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
