Develop clear operating plans, capacity requirements, service objectives, and team goals from business priorities. Ensure end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, meeting service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Monitor operational performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership.

Lead finance domains such as Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Treasury, Controllership, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Ensure processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain robust process documentation and identify financial and operational risks.

Drive simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity improvements. Partner with technology, process owners, and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, sales, legal, technology, and external parties. Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant role.
