As a Project Consultant in our Business Consulting PI - TMT sector, you will contribute to transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation. This role is based in New Delhi.

Process invoices, credit notes, and other transactions accurately, ensuring proper GL account and cost-center assignment. Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts, validating transaction details. Handle rejected invoices and process vendor payment runs according to schedules and controls. Investigate and resolve supplier queries and discrepancies, and process travel and expense claims. Monitor aging documents to meet turnaround times and assist with month-end closing activities. Conduct vendor statement reconciliations and prepare AP Trial Balance reports, investigating any variances. Maintain and archive invoices as per document retention policies.

This role requires a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with 1-2 years of experience in Procure to Pay (PTP) processes. A Master of Commerce (M.Com) is also considered. Candidates should possess knowledge of end-to-end PTP processes, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management. Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills, are essential. A flexible attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in ERP platforms and advanced Microsoft Excel are also required.
