As a Project Consultant, you will translate business priorities into actionable operating plans, manage end-to-end delivery of finance processes, and monitor performance using key KPIs. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, or FP&A, ensuring adherence to policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Your role involves identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks, maintaining robust process documentation, and driving simplification, standardization, and automation. You will partner with technology teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Effectively managing stakeholders, facilitating governance reviews, and acting as a change leader are crucial.

You will also lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team, ensuring clear accountability and fostering a collaborative learning environment. This includes planning staffing, hiring, and capability development to meet current and future business needs.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. We are seeking candidates with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
