Our CNS - BC - FINANCE team focuses on transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation. We address clients' most strategic problems with a client-centric approach, driving long-term value. This includes expertise in Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain and Operations, supporting complex, large-scale programs.

As a Project Consultant, you will drive technical excellence by developing operating plans, managing service delivery, and ensuring quality through KPIs and root-cause analysis. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, overseeing processes, controls, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities include ensuring robust process documentation, identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks, and promoting a strong culture of controls. You will drive transformation by simplifying, standardizing, and automating processes, partnering with technology teams for system implementations and continuous improvement. Effective stakeholder and change management, including building trusted relationships and leading organizational transformations, is crucial. You will also lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, inclusive team.

To excel in this role, a Graduation or Post Graduation in Accounting or related fields is required, along with 2-5 years of relevant experience. We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, delivering insightful and practical solutions.
