Key responsibilities include developing clear operating plans, managing end-to-end delivery of finance processes, and monitoring performance through KPIs.

You will lead specific finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, or FP&A, ensuring adherence to policies, accounting standards, and control frameworks.

Additionally, you will drive process simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives, partnering with technology teams for system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as a change leader during transformations are also crucial aspects of this role.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field, complemented by 2-5 years of relevant experience.
