As a Project Consultant, you will be instrumental in converting business priorities into actionable operating plans and service objectives. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and timeliness. Your responsibilities will include monitoring operational performance through KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis, and managing resources effectively across various business cycles.

Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. Ensure all processes adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining robust documentation. Proactively identify and manage financial and operational risks. Drive simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and customer experience. Partner with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs.

We are seeking professionals with 2-5 years of experience and a Graduation/Post Graduation in Accounting or related fields. The ideal candidate possesses the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions, is essential.

Candidates should be agile, curious, mindful, and adaptable, with a positive and creative approach to challenges. You will build trusted relationships with various stakeholders, including business finance, operations, technology teams, banks, vendors, and auditors.
