As a Project Consultant, you will translate business priorities into actionable operating plans, ensuring clear service objectives and team goals. You will take ownership of end-to-end delivery for finance processes or portfolios, consistently meeting service levels, quality standards, and deadlines. Monitoring operational performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing corrective actions will be crucial, alongside transparent reporting to leadership.

Your role will involve leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. This includes overseeing critical functions like financial close, general ledger management, reconciliations, invoice processing, billing, cash application, and financial planning and analysis. Ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements is paramount.

Furthermore, you will be instrumental in driving simplification, standardization, and automation across your portfolio, identifying opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer experience. Partnering with technology teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs will be a key aspect of your contribution. Building strong, trusted relationships with various internal and external stakeholders, including finance, operations, procurement, technology, banks, and auditors, is essential. You will also act as a change leader, guiding teams through organizational, process, and technology transformations, while cultivating a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative team environment.

To thrive in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. We are seeking individuals with 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
