Drive end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, ensuring service level agreements, quality, and timeliness. Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, overseeing key functions like close, reconciliations, and reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, while managing financial and operational risks. Spearhead simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and customer experience. Partner with technology teams and business stakeholders on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Build strong relationships with business finance, operations, and other relevant departments, acting as a change leader. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating an inclusive and collaborative work environment.

Graduation or Post-Graduation in Accounting or related fields is required. Possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance or consulting. Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and deliver practical solutions to complex problems. Exhibit agility, curiosity, and a creative approach to problem-solving. Strong understanding of financial processes, controls, and compliance. Proven experience in stakeholder management and team leadership is essential.
