This Project Consultant role within EY's Business Consulting practice focuses on the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. EY helps TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, transform operations, and achieve agile growth strategies. You will contribute to building a better working world by driving innovation and solving complex strategic problems for clients.

The role involves transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation, with a client-centric approach to delivering long-term value. You'll be part of a team that addresses critical challenges in areas like Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain & Operations.

Your core responsibilities include converting business priorities into clear operating plans and ensuring end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes or portfolios. You will monitor performance using KPIs, analyze root causes, and report to leadership. The role requires leading finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A, ensuring processes adhere to policies, accounting standards, and control frameworks.

Additionally, you will drive simplification, standardization, and automation across your portfolio, identifying recurring issues and improving customer experience. Partnering with technology teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs is key. You will also act as a change leader, building trusted relationships with various stakeholders and developing a high-performing, inclusive team.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. We are looking for candidates with 2-5 years of experience who can collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
