Drive end-to-end delivery of assigned finance processes, ensuring exceptional service levels, quality, and accuracy. Monitor operational performance using key KPIs, conducting root-cause analysis and implementing actionable plans. Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, or FP&A. Oversee critical finance functions including close, reconciliations, reporting, and cash management. Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining robust process documentation and control frameworks. Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks proactively, supporting all audits.

Spearhead simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance productivity and customer experience. Collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Foster a culture of scalable work practices and share best practices across teams.
