As a Project Consultant, you will convert business priorities into clear operating plans, manage end-to-end service delivery for assigned finance processes, and monitor performance through KPIs. You will lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, or FP&A, ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and internal control frameworks. Responsibilities include driving simplification, standardization, and automation across portfolios, partnering with technology and business teams on transformation programs, and acting as a change leader.

You will also build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including business finance, operations, technology, and auditors. This role involves leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team, planning for talent acquisition and development, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative learning environment to support engagement and retention.

We are seeking individuals with 2-5 years of experience in Accounting or related fields. A Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related discipline is required.
