Drive operational excellence by converting business priorities into clear operating plans, capacity requirements, and service objectives. You will own end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes or portfolios, ensuring adherence to service levels, quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Monitor operational performance using KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide transparent updates to leadership.

Lead finance domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and/or FP&A. Ensure processes comply with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain robust process documentation, identify financial and operational risks, and support audits.

Champion simplification, standardization, automation, and productivity improvements. Partner with technology, process owners, and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs. Embed scalable ways of working and share best practices.

Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across finance, operations, procurement, sales, legal, technology, and external partners. Facilitate governance reviews, manage escalations, and communicate trade-offs effectively. Act as a change leader during organizational, process, and technology transformations.

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring clear accountability and role clarity. Plan staffing, hiring, and capability development to meet current and future business needs. Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented environment.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required.
