This role is within the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector, focusing on Business Consulting, specifically in CNS - BC - FINANCE. We help TMT organizations navigate industry convergence, drive agile strategies, and achieve operational excellence while protecting their data and brand. EY Consulting transforms businesses through people, technology, and innovation, focusing on long-term client value and solving strategic problems. This includes Business Transformation, Finance Consulting, and Supply Chain & Operations.

Key responsibilities include driving technical excellence in business planning and service delivery, converting priorities into operational plans, and owning end-to-end delivery for finance processes. You will lead finance domains (RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, FP&A), ensure robust controls, compliance, and risk management, and champion transformation and operational excellence through simplification and automation.

Further responsibilities involve partnering with technology teams for system implementations and continuous improvement. Effective stakeholder and change management is crucial, building trusted relationships and acting as a change leader. You will also lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, creating an inclusive and learning-oriented environment.

To qualify, candidates must possess a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in Finance or a related domain, along with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
