This includes expertise in Finance Consulting, Business Transformation, and Supply Chain and Operations.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving technical excellence and strategic business planning. You'll convert business priorities into actionable operating plans, manage capacity, and set clear service objectives. Owning end-to-end delivery for assigned finance processes, you will ensure adherence to service levels, quality, and timeliness. Performance monitoring through KPIs, root-cause analysis, and transparent reporting to leadership will be key.

You will also provide Finance Process Leadership across various domains such as RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury, Controllership, and FP&A. This includes overseeing specific functions like month-end close, invoice processing, billing, cash application, liquidity management, and financial planning. A critical aspect is ensuring robust Controls, Compliance & Risk Management, upholding company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining process documentation and identifying risks.

Furthermore, you will drive Transformation & Operational Excellence by simplifying processes, enhancing standardization, and leveraging automation. Utilizing data and process insights, you will identify recurring issues and improve customer experiences. Partnering with technology and business teams on system implementations and continuous improvement programs will be essential. Finally, you will excel in Stakeholder & Change Management, building trusted relationships with various departments and acting as a change leader during organizational transformations. People Leadership involves coaching and developing a high-performing team, planning staffing, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and learning-oriented environment.

To be successful in this role, a Graduation or Post-Graduation in Finance or a related field is required. We are seeking candidates with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. You should possess the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach with the capacity to deliver insightful and actionable solutions is essential.
